Difficult to use, I had to change the cartridge/needle 3x due to serum not coming out. I followed all the instructions with the serum flow and speed but still had trouble. However, the ASCE+ exosome worked great after only 1 session.

Loved what it did to my skin it looks smooth and hydrated.
I just recived my order. It was completely warm. I opened the package and noted those small icepacks were very warm. I am not sure if the content in the vial will be effective since it was warmer than room temperature when I received it.
