Processing Time

Orders are processed within 0–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (USA):

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Free within the USA via UPS or USPS.

Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $10 flat rate via UPS 2-Day Air.

UPS Next Day Air (1 business day): Available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping (Canada):

DHL Express (1-4 business days): 35 CAD flat rate with taxes and duties prepaid.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also find tracking details in your Derma Queen account under your order history or track your package easily using the Shop App.

Shipping Delays

We strive for timely delivery; however, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather, customs, carrier issues, or temporary inventory shortages. We appreciate your patience during such times.

Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted for U.S. customers. International customers are responsible for covering the full return shipping cost.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, sealed, and include all original parts, in the same condition as received. We’re unable to accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear. If a return is approved under these conditions, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

For hygiene and safety reasons, cartridges and other consumable items are non-returnable.

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account and locate the order you wish to return.
  2. Submit a return request including the reason and item condition (opened or unopened).
  3. For a smoother process, feel free to contact us before starting the return.
  4. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval; otherwise, the request will be canceled.
  5. Once approved, we’ll send a return shipping label to U.S. customers. International customers must arrange their own return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Funds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us or follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
