Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted for U.S. customers. International customers are responsible for covering the full return shipping cost.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, sealed, and include all original parts, in the same condition as received. We’re unable to accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear. If a return is approved under these conditions, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

For hygiene and safety reasons, cartridges and other consumable items are non-returnable.

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account and locate the order you wish to return.
  2. Submit a return request including the reason and item condition (opened or unopened).
  3. For a smoother process, feel free to contact us before starting the return.
  4. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval; otherwise, the request will be canceled.
  5. Once approved, we’ll send a return shipping label to U.S. customers. International customers must arrange their own return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Funds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us or follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
