Shipping

Processing Time:

  • We process orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Free within the USA.
  • Express Shipping (1-3 business days): Calculated at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please allow 10-20 business days for delivery.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Delays:

  • We strive for timely delivery, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, customs, carrier issues, or inventory turnaround time, especially during periods when items are temporarily out of stock.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition as received.
  • If a return is approved but does not meet these conditions (used/opened/unsealed), a 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain products like opened skincare devices or used cartridges are non-returnable.

Return Process:

  • To request a return, please submit a photo or video showing the product you wish to return or the issue you’re experiencing.
  • For assistance, contact our customer service at support@dermaqueen.shop with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return authorization and further instructions.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
