  2. U.S. orders only: The order must have been shipped to an address in the United States.
  3. Payment exclusions: The guarantee does not apply to orders paid through a payment plan or buy now, pay later service, including Shop Pay Installments or Afterpay.

Guarantee terms:

  1. Request window: You may request a return after completing six months of use and before the end of the seventh month from the sale date recorded in our system.
  2. Device condition: The laser cap must be in good working condition and free from cracks or other damage or problems.
  3. Refund deductions: Shipping charges, taxes, and merchant fees are non-refundable. Your refund will be the order amount minus these fees.
