Returns & Partial Returns

If it’s a full return

• If you return your entire order, the free gift box must also be returned unused and unopened.
• If you choose to keep the gift box, the value of the box you received will be deducted from your refund.

If your return brings your order below $200

• The free gift box must be returned unused and unopened.
• If you choose to keep the gift box, the value of the box you received will be deducted from your refund.

If your return moves you down to a lower tier

Example: original order $600+ (received $75 box), after return your subtotal is $400–$599.99.

• You still qualify for the $55 gift box.
• You may either:
• Return the part of the gift items unused and unopened, or
• Keep it and have the difference in gift value deducted from your refund (e.g. $75 − $55 = $20).

If your final subtotal stays in the same tier

If your order total after returns is still within the same threshold you originally qualified for, you keep the matching gift box with no adjustment.
